Pickleball Reality Show

Picklewho

Hello hello hello, dear folks!

Welcome to Picklewho, the place on the internet to find the best Pickleball news for free! After you pay the initial $250 subscription of course.

Without further ado, let’s move on to the news:

  • Senior citizens facility aka the best place to build new courts

  • Not even a storm will stop us!

  • Who wants a pickleball reality show? THE WHOLE WORLD!

Pickleball courts and senior citizens, a classic move

Hendersonville is much more than a community of guys named Henderson. After approving a $600,000 budget to build new courts all over the city, they are now pickleball heaven.

These new courts will be located next to a senior citizens center for plenty of reasons:

  • It keeps seniors’ minds and bodies active

  • It’s cheaper

  • Avoids a tennis vs lacrosse vs pickleball civil war. (For now)

The committee in charge hopes the project construction starts in spring of 2023. We wish them luck, but, just in case, here’s a message for lacrosse and tennis players: Tread lightly.

Not even a storm will stop this tournament

This week more than 1000 amateurs and professional tennis players will battle each other at the Vulcan Indoor National Championship in Minnesota. And I will eat a gallon of ice cream.

The thing is, Minnesota's weather might disagree with players’ timing, as there are several reports of a possible storm…but that’s why we have INDOORS tournaments! My middle school Science teacher says it’s 71% impossible for the rain to fall inside, so it’s all good.

PPA’s Content Director Hannah Johns said “some delays might be expected, but we're still going ahead", which were the exact words my ex told me when I asked about the divorce.

Our dreams have come true: a Pickleball reality show is happening!

LA production company Batal Boys is preparing Pickleballers, a competitive reality show where amateur pickleball players compete for a $100,000 prie. I suggested Keeping Up with the Pickleball, but they lack my creative genius.

Auditions will take place in California, Florida and Texas during March, and besides players, it will also feature professional coaches and pickleball celebrities, like myself. I mean, like myself, not actually myself, their lawyers and security staff were very clear.
