California to build a MASSIVE Pickleball complex

The complex will also feature dozens of places to buy food and drinks, so you can live the full Pickleball experience and balance all your burnt calories with new ones straight from nachos and beer.

Hello everyone! This is Picklewho, your premier source of all things related to the world's most extreme sport: falling in love with recently divorced moms.

And also the world’s best sport: pickleball!

Now that we’ve recognized the importance of Pickleball in our lives, are you ready to find out what’s going on in the game lately? Here it is!

  • Tennis legends will try Pickleball for a $1 million showdown.

  • Pickleball is your best new way to make friends.

  •  To ease traffic, California will build a gigantic Pickleball complex

Is $1 million a fair price for tennis legends to try pickleball?

Heck, I bet they would do it for free! I know I would.

While players like Rafa Nadal and Novak Djokovic seem reluctant to transition to Pickleball (for now, but it’s a tougher sport, we get it), we often wonder if money would “help” more pro tennis players switch the racket to a paddle. Thanks to John McEnroe, Andre Agassi, Andy Roddick, and Michael Chang, we might have our answer.

And it’s of course: of course!

Was that too much “of course”? Of course.

Anyways, these former tennis legends decided to try Pickleball and they will battle for a $1 million prize at the Inaugural Pickleball Slam on April 2 in Hollywood, Florida.

How much do you think Nadal would charge to do it? My guess is..a new knee.

The power of friend and the power of pickleball are literally synonyms

Ever felt lonely? Like the world wouldn’t change a thing if you weren’t in it? Like you actually understand Frank Ocean’s songs?

If that’s the case, you have two options, buddy. 1) Ask for help, there is no shame in therapy. 2) Play pickleball!

Yessssssss! It’s not a substitute for therapy but here us out.

The best course of action is to adapt and survive, which means: make new friends by playing Pickleball everywhere you go!

You see, not only is the basic nature of pickleball ideal for cultivating friendships, there are also at least 10,000 pickleball courts around the country, which means 10,000 places to meet new people with a strong common interest. And pickleball friends are friends for life.

The great thing is you only need a paddle and a pair of shoes (this one can be optional) and that’s it. You’re all set to make new friends.

So, see you at the court?

As if the state didn’t need any more traffic…now everyone’s gonna drive to play pickleball!

We have great news for Californians: the city of Roseville announced the construction of a 3-acre Pickleball complex.

And I get it, I get it. “‘Is 3 acres enough?”. God no! Especially when it’s not just for pickleball.

The complex will also feature dozens of places to buy food and drinks, so you can live the full Pickleball experience and balance all your burnt calories with new ones straight from nachos and beer.

It’s not heaven yet, but hey, 3 acres a time, fellas. 3 acres at a time.
